Richard Witcombe, Barrister

Richard Witcombe has been instructed to represent the defence and prosecution in trials for a range of offences including murder, causing death by dangerous driving, rape, robbery, serious violence, conspiracy to defraud, and the supply and possession of drugs.

Richard also undertakes some family work, particularly cases involving children.

Richard is also a lecturer at London South Bank University where he teaches on the CPE and LLM programmes.

He is a member of the Criminal Bar Association.
