School Appeals

Members of this set receive regular instructions in this specialised area of work.  We understand that the education of a child will affect his life chances forever.  

If your child has been refused a place at the school of your choice then you have the right to appeal.  Being entitled to appeal is not the same thing as having a good chance of winning at appeal however.  Only a properly prepared appeal can achieve the result that you want.
Members of this set are able to accept instructions under public access which will avoid the costly need for a solicitor.  If you need help to prepare an appeal or representation at an appeal we can provide a range of service to suit your budget by negotiation.
